Kaiser I'm good with Arata and Gale being traveling companions, at least for awhile~ They do seem to balance out one another pretty well personality-wise, although Arata for the most part probably will let Gale do what he likes except if he thought it would possibly seriously hurt him or another. (PArtially because they're the same age and he'd feel weird bossing around a kid his own age.)

Sorry for my delayed response time. Spent all day at commencements. Needless to say, I'm happy it's over, haha.

Good. And don't worry about Arata bossing Gale around, I wouldn't mind that, I pictured Gale being really childish (not necessarily immature but more on the impulsive side of a child) and would be good to have someone to control him from time to time.

Congrats, Spesh~ I presume that means you graduated or had a relative graduate, at least, h-hahahaa. It does sound pretty tiring, heheee.
Ksiser: Part of the reason he's not likely to is due to the fact that he's fairly laid-back and doesn't particularly care to boss around. If their lives depended on it he would, but otherwise he's not likely to except if he has to. But Gale does sound like he might be a handful with his impulsiveness.

Congrats Spesh. Though I'm a bit flummoxed at this encounter. Is there a way to help them both or do we have to choose a side or something? And would catching one of them negate the effects of Destiny Bond and free them to do whatever? If so, maybe the Swellow would be more prone to accept the capture/not struggle and that certainly would be nice to have such a high leveled team member join the crew...

It's not my event to control but I'm assuming you can tell they are destiny bonded by some sort of glow or something. I think you have to choose a side but I wouldn't really know.

Alright, basically, knock one out and the other goes with them. We know that if you recall a Pokèmon, the bond breaks but in this case, both are wild Pokèmon. So it's either you break the Wynaut's concentration or knock Wynaut out.

I would personally ignore them, it was the Swellow's fault for picking a fight with a Wynaut! But then again I would catch the Wynaut because I have always wanted to use Wobbuffet in a roleplay.
I'm glad you caught on that the Professor didn't give you any pokeballs~ None of you visited the pokemart to buy any so you can't capture pokemon.
Also, please update your profiles regularly to spare me from insanity.

Yeah...I didn't actually realize that at first. Hmmm, but I do actually want to catch the Wynaut. At first I was thinking Swellow because it was higher leveled and I was familiar with it but I researched Wynaut and Wobbuffet today and OMG it's an incredible awesome Pokemon with an impossibly resistant moveset, like is there even a way to defeat it? So now I wonder if we intervene and faint the Wynaut, is it possible to like...kidnap the fainted wild Pokemon and take it back with us to New Bark to get Pokeballs? And since its fainted, I'm sure it has a small chance of escape but my success would be mostly assured at that point if I managed to at least faint it, right? But then again with Wynaut's incredibly invulnerable moveset, I don't know if that's even really a possibility. Any suggestions from anyone? ;D

Ok, so, since I haven't left New Bark yet, can I get pokeballs at the town? I assume it would be a Pokemart in there as there is in every other cities/towns, but I want to make sure before posting anything.

Sorry for not posting again yesterday. I had errands to run all day for my parents then helped coach a baseball game with my dad. I never should have said yes, haha. Today I should be on a decent amount, but tomorrow may be different. I'm not sure yet. I'll get to posting.
EDIT: Reading back, if Verity gets Wynaut at all, I think Swellow would a great addition to Jaden's team. He has the perfect personality for a bird like that. I'll wait until MDF gets a response here to respond to that one.
