sammie Oh, VCRs....:') And yeah, everyone in Free! is Japanese....I like how a lot of (white) people assume that blond hair + white skin = white person in anime. Like, did you not realize this is a medium where people have blue hair and it's considered normal? Did you not notice the Japanese names and customs?
And accepted, of course. (I hope you don't mind that I fiddled around with your post a bit to fix the formatting - it looked really wonky on my end.) Also, I'm seconding clef's idea for an alias (weirdly enough, I was going to suggest Archivist myself O.o )!

drac Accepted! Although I think you mean technokinesis, not technophilia, for her power? And the following part seems to have gotten a little messed up, so I don't know if you want to fix that, but otherwise you're all set: "There's also a range where she can She's also able to converse fluently in binary, as well as on another end, being a masterful hacker due to being able to gain the AI's trust and allowing her effortless entry."

clef OHhh, Archivist does sound pretty cool, and would fit... I imagine that if the memories he dredged up from the people/items (best way I can think of referring to it) are important/possibly helpful, he'd record it down the best he's able to. Wyndi Yeeppp... I kind of miss them, since to me VHS tapes seem more durable then DVDs. Except if the VCR decides that the tape is yummy and it wants nomz. I've never actually seen Free! as of yet, but it's floating around tumblr on quite a bit, so I know the stuff like the main characters, their names, and how one of the males seem to be pretty obsessed with swimming. But, yeahhh, that is quite a common problem/assumption, unfortunately... (And one of the things that pissed me off the most in the Yu-Gi-Oh! American dub was how they seemed to make it so that Domino was in America over Japan, at least during the Doma arc. but, well, 4Kids.) Okay, hehe~ Ahh, I don't mind you adjusting the coding at all~! It must've gotten wonky since I was using notepad. Thanks for adjusting it! And Archivist it is, then, e-ehee. (Great minds think alike~)

Yeah...I guess the dubbers thought it'd be easier for American kids to understand and relate to if the setting was America, but still.
And np! I've edited that in. :)

Cecilia Bowen (a.k.a. Pele) gender female | age 22 | sexual orientation homosexual occupation Teacher at Helix Academy | subject Photography/Visual Arts power(s) Able to create & control fire and magma/lava. She can fire both from her hands and mouth in continuous streams or short bursts.
Her body runs much hotter than normal with her skin usually unusually warm (if not hot) to the touch. When she gets emotional her body temperature can raise to the point where things that come in contact with her melt or burn up.
appearance Cecilia stands on the short side at just 5’3”, with an average, somewhat toned build. Her eyes are two different colors - one brown and one green, but she tends to wear brown contacts to hide this fact - they still always have a glimmer of either mischief or hate to them - those who don’t know her well have trouble determining which one it is. Her skin is somewhat tanned, usually showing faint patterns of lava when she’s fighting or emotional (Cecelia wears a ring that hides this from non-mutants in public). She has dark brown slightly wavy hair with blonde ombre tips that reaches just to her collarbones.
Her outfits usually consist of everything bright and/or floral printed. She tends to favor dresses and skirts, and usually has a camera slung around her shoulders.
personality Cecilia is someone who’s hard to get to know well. She acts disinterested in most things and most people around her. She has a weird, dark sense of humor and tends to make a lot of dark and/or sarcastic jokes a lot - as well as terrible puns (which are almost always said with a straight face). Emotionally closed off, she tends to push people away or at least keep them at an arm’s length at all times. It doesn’t help that Cece is quick to judge and changing her first impression is nigh impossible. She tends to prefer the company of animals to people, because in her opinion people are terrible. If she does open up to you, she’s incredibly warm, open and protective. She’s passionate about the people and things that she loves, sometimes overly so. Just don’t expect her to solve your problems if you’re her friend, since she’s not a good shoulder to cry on. Cece will listen to your problems, but won’t offer advice to try and fix it or all that much comfort. Her decisions in life are usually in the morally grey area, since she doesn’t like the idea that everything has to be black and white when it comes to right vs. wrong.

OMG YES WYNDI I'M SORRY
Edited! (I would suppose Mac accidentally ate my words when I was editing Lev's powers. She's actually very weak for a technokinesis user.)

drac lmao the worst part is that I didn't realize the mistake either during the first couple readthroughs - I was all like, "Yeah, technophilia! Awesome power!" Then I woke up this morning and was like, "...Wait a second...."

Aaaand here's the OC everyone knows:
Sela Qing / 秦莲 (a.k.a. Extractor) gender female | age twenty-one | sexual orientation heterosexual occupation college student | subject n/a
power(s) Telepathy: can project into and read the minds of others, and can construct psychic shields to prevent both her and others' minds from being read, influenced, and/or controlled. Cannot control minds. Difficulty and concentration needed increases with the target's mental defenses and telepathic strength: reading the mind of a normal human or a mutant without telepathic powers is easy, but reading the mind of an experienced telepath with a strong psychic shield would be extremely hard, if not outright impossible. Those with psychic powers may also be able to detect Sela's presence in their minds if she tries to read them.
Shadow camouflage: can become partially to fully invisible while in shadows or darkness.
appearance Almost as if determined to go against her wishes for anonymity, Sela's features are unusually memorable. First, there's her black, straight, waist-length hair, often pulled back in a long ponytail; she's been considering just getting all of it chopped off for multiple reasons. Second, there's her strange, dark grey eyes - the full impact of which you miss until she switches from her silver-rimmed glasses to her contacts. And lastly, there's her very impressive height of 4'10" (she stopped growing after middle school).
Sela dresses on the plain, conservative side: i.e. non-revealing, well kept clothing in respectable lengths and dark colors, paired with either flats or boots with a bit of a heel. She always keeps her slim leather watch on her left wrist, and she has an unexpected weakness for silk and pashmina scarves.
personality Quiet and solitary, Sela is one of those people whose presence is easy to forget after a while - just the way she likes it. When she does make herself known, her words are rational, cynical, and often insensitive: intelligent she may be, but the kind of intelligence she possesses obviously isn't of the emotional sort. Then again, as with most things, Sela is largely indifferent as to how people feel if something needs to get done.
Sela is remarkably formal and solemn for her age. Few people can remember ever seeing her smile; even fewer can remember seeing her laugh. It's much more common to see her being frustrated with both herself and others: impatience, stubbornness, independence, and a dash of perfectionism is never a good mix in someone. Then there's that need to be in control all the time to deal with....Of course, she does try to stay composed most of the time, hiding her thoughts and emotions behind that stiff mask of hers, but sometimes that anger can't help but leak out around the edges.
Weirdly enough, though, she does have a soft spot for children - though whether she's any less awkward with them is debatable.
As Sela considers Helix Academy her home, although she is currently away most of the year at college, she returns to the school every break.

Wyndi True, that makes sense. Probably the same reason why riceballs become donuts or something, too, in Pokemon. Thanks~ Hello, Sela~ Nice to see her again, heheee~ ----- Lani Kawai (a.k.a. [Cleric]) gender Female | age 15 | sexual orientation Asexual.
power(s) 1)Healing others: Has to be touching the wounded directly. Can currently only heal light wounds, and at best would only be able to slow the death of someone who was mortally wounded. 2)Illusions: Can use illusions to the extent of distorting the area around her to hide, or to make herself appear as if she's a few feet away from what she actually is.
appearance Lani's face is slightly rounded, with smooth cheeks. She has light brown skin and straight dark black hair going down to her shoulder blades with a couple of locks going over her shoulder, as well dark brown eyes. She's roughly about 5'1", having a small frame that somewhat lends to her looking a year or two younger.
She mostly dresses in hoodies or jackets with jeans and sneakers, mostly plain ones. She also generally avoids wearing make-up except in the case of a special occasion.
personality Calm, collected, and almost painfullly honest, Lani has a tendency to speak only after carefully considering what to say and do. She is focused, ambitious, and wants to focus on learning new things over socializing with other people.
When forced into a situation that requires her to get close to and interact with other people, she can do so to a degree but acts standoffish and tries to keep the person as walled-off as possible.
Part of her reluctance to get close to other people is due to a accident with a cousin she was particularly close to getting badly injured. While Lani was trying to stop the bleeding she noticed that the wound the cousin had received had began to seemingly repair itself.
However, much to her distress, the wound was too serious for her to heal fast enough or long enough for help to arrive and the cousin passed away. After that, she began instinctively trying to avoid getting close to others from fear of being unable to save someone she cared about again.
When people have managed to break down her defensive barriers she can be warm and supporting of them, and while isn't obviously affectionate still does small things to show that she cares.Lani= Sky/Heaven, Kawai=the water With her, I had some problems deciding how to describe her appearance outside a rough outline for some reason. Describing people tends to be a bit difficult for me in general, though. Appearances and aliases seem to be among my major weaknesses. If the BBC code is wonky again, feel free to change it! (I directly copy-pasted from the code you have up, but I might've accidentally erased part of it without noticing or something, o-orz.)

sammie Accepted! I'll edit her in when I wake up. I've got no idea for an alias this time, though. Medic?
re: appearance - do you have problems describing because you haven't fully conceptualized the appearance yet? Or can you fully visualize the character; it's just that the words are hard to get out?

drac Cue Sela running into a shadowy corner, never to be found again. lol

Wyndi To avoid overlapping with your character Zach'll probably have shadow abilities, i.e jumping into other people's shadows and popping out in random corners. So Sela hiding in a dark corner wouldn't be a good option...

Yeah, but if Sela were invisible in a corner, Zach wouldn't be able to find her in the first place. \o/ Unless he tripped over her or something (since she doesn't become intangible, only invisible), but I imagine she'd prepare for that kind of thing.

Wyndi In her case, problems visualizing her in general. I have a general idea of what she looks like, but can't quite imagine her all the way. I imagine looking up pics could help with figuring it out, though.
Medic could work, though, hmmm... Certainly a good possibility. It's to the point, and doesn't call attention to her secondary power, either. (Which probably would be wise to keep hidden/not advertise if she's ever trying to heal someone in the middle of a fight... Though, the amount of concentration for that would be pretty high.)
