Hey, everyone!
Um, most of ya'll probably know me as imawyzurd from vdex, but I decided to change my name because that name was part of something my friends and I did way back, but now that that's over, it feels weird still carrying it, y'know?
Anyways, I may change my name once or twice again because I'm really indecisive about what sticks, so please don't throw things at me if I do! e_e
Uh, I guess you can also call me Eric. (or by my forum name, whatever works)
And um, lastly, I actually have always been meaning to get back into the world of roleplay. I haven't done so in a while, but I do like to read/watch/know that the possibility is there. I guess what's stopped me from joining is like the fear of not knowing if I am doing stuff right (because the regional RPs seem to have a lot of rules and mechanics that I am afraid I'll get wrong), and also the fear of me not being as active as I hope to me.
Right now, I'm supposed to be doing writing assignments for my EWP so, that says something =__=

Hi, Eric! Welcome to Remember Shedinja (or as I lazily call it rshed) \o/ i believe i remember seeing you around vdex! I'm minicat, but you can cal me mini. I am one of the mods on this forum~
Don't worry, the mechanics of a region RP are confusing to me as well tbh. But I am always up for chatting about rps/etc. and one on ones if you'd like to take on one of those to ease back in!

Hi and welcome! I guess I'll call you Eric now since ube is kind of a weird name. lol
If your fears are activity and complex mechanics, maybe go for a 1x1 roleplay? That way, you have an equal say in how the roleplay is run, and you only have to work out activity matters with one person. Just a thought.

We've kind of developed our own style of roleplay, so there really is no stupid question when it comes to learning it. Otherwise, have a great time here. It's always great to see a new face! (I just finished my assignment, hehehehe .... it's def not good haha)
....but on a less depressing note! Starting off with a one-on-one seems like a good idea to ease myself back into this world, haha. I guess I have to think of some OCs because I have an empty OC bucket. I started creating an OC for the Hoenn RP because they had less posts. I like the idea of being thrown random starters and having to deal with it, because I find it more exciting than creating OCs where I get to choose EVERYTHING in terms of Pokemon. (Like there are just so many to choose from, and I usually tend to pick evolved Pokemon if I could, which means it would be weird to reuse the OC in a group roleplay.)
I'm sorry if I'm rambling nonsense a lot. Most of it is just me worrying about things I haven't done yet. Haha.
I probably just need to stop worrying and just go with the flow and have fun?
Also, I just watched Pokemon Origins, so that got me excited about Pokemon again. =_=

I'm still a bit active on Vdex for like basic in-game money and daycare things.
I hardly do anything like talk to people or whatever
...other than occasionally lurk the forums and whatnot for nostalgia. =_=
